1989 Dodge Caravan Turbo By Jonathan Corrigan
This is my Mopar:
Bought a sold locally in Richmond, B.C. via Dodge City Chrysler. Remained with original owners from 1993 (CarFax does not specify any ownership from 89-92) until 2022. 2nd owner received car as collateral payment and refreshed brakes, fluids, fuel system and fuel tank over the course of 6 months. I am now the 3rd owner, vehicle sat un-driven and unregistered from 2002 to 2022. CarFax states zero work-orders at any mechanic shop other than in 2022 for brakes and tires.
Possibly the lowest mileage turbo caravan on the planet, sporting a whole 92,000 kilometers. Dark cherry metallic paint with red velour interior and 3-speed automatic transmission. Car sports a metric gauge cluster with nearly zero options selected. No A/C, no high-speed cluster (only-140km/h), 14 inch wheels, no extra storage consoles, practically no options. Base model with a turbo!
Low miles can be attributed to sitting for 20-years and only periodically registered for insurance between 1993 to 2002. Zero rust, potentially featured on Hagerty Magazine, just met with photographer pending submissions.
