1972 Dodge Dart Swinger By
Brian Pfefferle |
|
|
|
Here's some pictures of my
72 dart swinger. I've had this car for about 3 years now and it was a
500 dollar basket case as you can see from the start picture I sent.
This was the first project I did with my wife together, I have done my
65 barracuda and a 72 scamp prior to getting married and she didn't feel
attached to them so I built another one. This car has a 318 out of a 92
Dakota along with the overdriven tranny, a 8 ¼ rear end with 2.92 gears,
the entire car was taken apart all the glass was out, new floor pans,
the quarter was cut off and replaced, the front end is out of a 74
duster "big bolt pattern disc brake" It took 2nd place at our mopar meet
out of 189 cars the first time out. Hope you like. |
