AAR CUDA? Not
exactly, but a unique CUDA none the less. I
found this CUDA while on my vacation out to the
FOUR CORNERS AREA where Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and
Arizona meet.
As it turns out, this
gentleman from North Carolina had just been to Nevada for
the SILVER STATE CLASSIC. That's where "you run
what you brung" on the public roads of Nevada that
are closed to the public....I believe that you get sixty
miles of public road to go as fast as you can.
This CUDA had a 400
block with a 440 crank as I understand it and had a final
displacement of 472 CI? The owner, who wasn't a
GREAT CONVERSATIONALIST, but said that it was
capable of speeds averaging 160+!!!!
Top speed was 180 plus or minus .... Anyway, it certainly
was a very unusual site at MESA VERDE NATIONAL PARK in
Southwestern Colorado.
The owner thought the AAR
graphics were kind of cool! This car belongs to ROLAND MOY
of North Carolina and is a 1973 CUDA that he modified for
the Silver State Classic. See www.silverstateclassic.com for
more details.
Always Keepin' a WATCH FOR
COOL MOPARS!
ps. My R/T was featured in
your photo's in August........
