1970 Plymouth Road Runner
By Bob Singleton |

Here are some 1970 RR. It has the
factory 383, no power steering or brakes.... It has a bench seat, And
a rare 3 speed on the floor...323 posi....I did put 8" steel rims
on the back, that I took off my 75 trail duster. But other than that
the car is stock, and numbers matching, yes even that 3 speed... I
have no idea how that trans, is still in the car.. Most people pulled
them out for there 4 speeds. In 1970 the 4 speed and the Auto were
options. The only options on this car was the air grabber, and the
stripe package, and a couple of other little things...I drive the car
every where I can. Its been to Columbus, Ohio 2 times Detroit
Mich. 1time, Clay City, Kentucky.1 time. and all over
Indiana all this summer....Its a good cruzer!! Keep up the great work
on your site!!
You make all of the mopar people feel
like there right at home...And for some interesting news....I have met
several people this summer that have Chevy's...and in there windows
they had for sale signs...They would ask me if I knew of any mopars
for sale...So mopar fans your getting to these Chevy lovers...The
only problem they have with getting a mopar is that they say the parts
cost so much....And my reply is ...that because they don't break as
much, as some of the other makes. I wont say what ones, but its the
ones that you see at the car shows that all look the same, sound the
same,,,and run the same....You guys have a good day.
